In addition, we recognise the importance of addressing the UK’s national skills shortage in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). We align with the Defence community’s mission to help grow the STEM talent pool by inspiring the next generation, raising awareness of career opportunities, and supporting engagement across all sectors.
